We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £95.00

Preparing Your Order For Delivery

When we receive your order, we will individually gift box all small-medium baubles and T-lights.

If these items are gifts, it is perfect! They are ready for you to wrap and give immediately to your friends and loved ones. If these items are a little treat for yourself, then the boxes make it very easy for you to carefully store them away after Christmas.

If you order larger items, these will not be “gift-boxed” but they will certainly be well-wrapped and protected for the delivery journey.

When placing your order, please include your email address and telephone number as this enables us to send you tracking information for your parcel.

All orders will be processed Monday-Friday. We aim to complete your order within 48 hours but at certain very busy times of the year, this may take a little longer.

Delivery

All orders will be delivered Monday-Friday and they will require someone to receive the parcel and sign a receipt.

Parcels cannot be left without a signature, so please consider which delivery address you specify. Perhaps it would be easier to have your order delivered to your place of work?

Your delivery charge will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is requested. Our delivery charges are as follows:

Potential Delivery Problems

We really try to get our Treasure Tree products to you as quickly as possible. However, during the very busy Christmas season, things can take slightly longer.

Very occasionally the courier companies that we partner with experience bad weather delays or vehicle breakdowns. These are factors beyond our control.

Missing Parcels: So far, we have not had any order not arrive at its destination. However, if you have not received your order within a reasonable time, firstly check the tracking information you have been provided and then contact us via customerservices@treasuretreeltd.com and we will also investigate the situation.

We are not responsible for any delivery information that you supply to the courier company, such as suggestions to leave your parcel with a neighbour.
